Not sure why, but I've been a Notre Dame fan for a while now. Maybe because they used to dominate college football back in the late 80s / early 90s, or maybe because of some of their amazing players like Tim Brown or Raghib Ismail, or maybe because of their timeless uniforms,
or maybe because of Rudy. But most likely because they are rivals with USC. Tony Rice appeared on SI's cover three times within a period of a few months in 1988. He signed these through the ND Alumni Office.
